All of the zombies look virtually humanoid (having possibly been human before their zombification) of varying sizes and shapes, their skin rotten and turned a putrid shade of grey. Their eyes are usually glassy and clouded over. Their uniform depends on their job.
Expectedly, zombies appear stupid; they break through the cab to get the luggage and can't properly put Frankenstein together. During their performance as humans to scare Mavis into not wanting to leave the hotel again, they blundered quite a bit; one briefly lost his head, another got pitch-forked through his head and the rest continued the charade even when lit on fire. They didn't even notice Jonathan following them through the tunnel, even with his scream from falling into the tunnel.

Powers and AbilitiesEdit
Much like all of the other monsters that attend and work at the Hotel, the zombies are virtually immortal.
The zombies are shown to be shambling, living corpses, their decaying flesh being able to take a high amount of abuse. They are able to control their parts when they are detached from them (since their bodies are so fragile, this happens often) and reattach these parts easily. They cannot feel pain and seem to be virtually unkillable, one getting a pitchfork through their head and all of them being set on fire without even noticing.
