The PX-41 Serum is a very dangerous transformation serum and the main focus of Despicable Me 2, as Gru helps the AVL to hunt it and it's thief down.

The PX-41 is a very dangerous mutator engineered in the top secret PX-Labs, located in the Arctic Circle. It is capable of turning any living things in the world into a purple, furry, indestructible, mindless, killing machine that is so dangerous that it can destroy anything in its path. The only two ways to turn into a purple monster is to inject it or drink it. El Macho had "stole" that lab that was making it and later injected the serum into Gru's Minions to build up his army, so he could take over the world.
The effects of the serum can be counteracted by the PX-41 Antidote, an antidote serum that was invented by Dr. Nefario. The antidote was mixed with jelly (from Mr. Gru's Old Fashioned Jelly) so it can be shoot from the Jelly Guns and cure the Minions.
Role in the Crossover[]
It possible that the making of the serum was funded by Krei Tech or Syndrome's company.
