Heathcliff is the butler of Fred's Estate and caretaker of all of its needs.

While his character has barely been touched upon, it is clear that Heathcliff is very dedicated to his job and has the dedication needed to manage it. He seems to be on very good terms with Fred, as he fist-bumps with him very casually when Fred arrives home with his friends.
It is very possible that Heathcliff knew of his elder-employer's romps as a superhero in his youth and has helped him on occasion, as he is unfazed and compliant in Fred's inevitable transition into super-heroics and willingly helped him and his friends train for the battle ahead without flinching or protest.
Powers and Abilities[]
It is clear that Heathcliff is an ordinary human being with no augmented or magical abilities. It can be assumed that he has all of the skills and poise that is needed for him to be the butler to a crime-fighter, including cleaning, cooking and patience.
It is also apparent that he knows how to fly a helicopter, as Fred mentioned that Heathcliff picked them up in their family chopper from Akuma Island.
